During the master class in a modern culinary studio, you will learn how to prepare three dishes of your choice–Kyrgyz manty, samsy and boorsoki or Russian borscht, kotlety and traditional salat.
Dishes of Kyrgyz and Russian cuisine are mostly meat; we can arrange classes just for vegetarian dishes upon request.
